Starlight Long before time began Photo by Tejas Paranjpe on Unsplash I reside outside your window and sparkle, all night long I shine so bright throughout the night heavens above is where I belong. I sigh and stretch my open arms and push a passing cloud that hides the open doors to the pores where my light resides. The glittering diamonds in my realm shine bright in frosty skies far from the city lights closer to hearts desires. They are the lights in my cosmos moulded long before time began crafted by magic unseen hands before mere thoughts of men. The spectacle my stars perform supersedes mysteries of infinity and speaks a language holier than scriptures and divinity. My light illuminates the darkest night I form rings around the moon I drip into your open mind and cause lovers to swoon. I reside above your roof walk outside and drink me in I’ll fill your heart with sheer delight and a glow and warmth within.
